**INJURIES**
Axel Disasi and Enzo Fernandez are the latest Chelsea players struggling with injury as the Blues prepare to face Everton in the Premier League on Monday.
Disasi has been out with a hamstring injury since the beginning of April, while Fernandez picked up a knock in training last week.
Both players are expected to be out for several weeks, which is a blow to Chelsea's hopes of finishing in the top four.
